We as human being are complex in nature. Thousands of things are affecting our personality and well off. To get the ideal situations all the time is difficult but whole of our life spend in getting better and better with best of our health. In spite of many other factors which have great impact on our mood the selection of right type of food is one of the major sources of mood uplifted. These mood lifting foods have many common components in them. They have certain proteins and many other nutrients which are essential for our body.

Here are some foods which are used to boost our mood

FIRST FOOD FOR THOUGHT

What we eat and drink has direct impact on our physical and mental activities. Foods definitely change our metabolism and chemistry of the brain. Though alone food is not the solution of depression but the psychotherapy and other stress management exercises are also compliment this. Limited supply of refined carbohydrates, processed foods and incorporating it with fibers and plenty of water is the source of boosting the mental physical and spiritual energies.

CITRUS FRUITS

Citrus fruits contain vitamin C which is the basic component to recover the depression, irritability and low spirit. It will increase the absorption of iron in the body and fight with fatigue, so grape fruit, oranges, and lemonades are the instant burst of this vitamin.

NUTS

Nuts contain vitamin E, magnesium, omega 3 fatty acids and many antioxidants. Deficiency of any one of these cause muscular and nervous restlessness, depression and fatigue When taken in right amount you feel youthfulness uin your mood by increasing your sugar level.

CHOCLATE

It is great mood enhancer due to its specific components. It is rich source of antioxidants and increases the blood sugar and endorphin level in blood which stimulate the brain cells toward happiness.

MILK

Milk contains calcium, Fats, proteins and vitamins. So it is considered as the complete food for the body and brain. It helps in decreasing anxiety and frustration in the body and when it is used with fruits as banana and mangoes it will surely enhance the moods providing the rich supply of blood to the brain and body.

SPINACH

It enhances the mood by providing the brain the iron and antioxidant. It helps to reduce the fatigue in the mind and body and eliminate the free radicals from the body.

BANANS

This is the wonderful blessing of the nature and has rich supply of magnesium and vitamin A and both these contents help in making your sleep better which in turn helpful for proper functioning of your brain .It is considered as nutritious and energizing snack.
