Benefits of Rose Water for Skin

Eyes problems are common among everyone. So for eyes rose water is a splendid and natural product.
  • Rose water is a good and complete helper for the eyes. If your eyes are burning, running, irritation, swelling and inflammation and turned into red, then rose water is ideal treatment for eyes cure.
    • Put 3 drops of rose water in both eyes and keep your eyes closed for 5-10 mins for immediate release.
    • Another way to relax is to use Rose water in smoothing your eyes. Soak a piece of cotton in rose water for 2-3min and after that place it over the eyes for a soothing, relaxing feeling.
    • Rose water is rich in numerous nutrients like flavonoids, vitamins (A,C, E, D, B3), anti-oxidants, fructose, citric acid, malic acid, zinc and tannins.
    • Rose water is also use to get rid of dust from eyes, which is impossible to wash from eyes with the help of water. Simply put few drops of rose water in eyes before going to sleep.

    • Irritation in eyes is caused due to dryness, hyperacidity or stress. Eyes irritation can also be caused by spending long hour in keeping eyes in same situation like reading book, watch TV or working on computer. To get rid of all these kind of problem you just need to put few drops of rose water in eyes.
    • For daily eyes wash with rose water to reduce eyes irritation, use one ounce of water add 4-5 drops of rose water. Rinse your eyes with this solution every time you wash your face.
    • To get rid of dark circles around eyes, crush a piece of cucumber and squeeze it to remove the juice. Add 2-3 drops of rose water to the cucumber juice and apply it around the eyes. Wash your eyes after 20 minutes.
