Many of us conscious about their diet and try to be selective and choosy throughout in their life Though the story of internal body requirements change as you enter in your adolescence, as you move forward more and more you learn about your body requirements. Some time your internal body feelings desired you to take specific foods. But it may be true sometime or other time it may be not correct.For example if you are diabetic your desire for eating sugary things get more but intake of such stuff play havoc with your body. So with the passage of time and according to body conditions the intake of food stuffs entirely changed. When you are in your forties it is almost you have passed the half way of your life. Now you have to prepare the third part of your life. This period demands much care of yours for you.Now most of things in your life have get stability. What you intake in your body in form of food is the foundation of your remaining life. So be conscious in this age while selecting the food stuff for your self. Following food items should be included in your foods:

YOGURT

It is the source of calcium like other dairy product. It helps you great in maintain the youthfulness of your body. With the age the binding protein collagen is reduced and your bones get weaker. It act as antioxidant and remove the free radicals from the body. It also provides certain enzymes which help in digestion.

ALMONDS

These are the source of essential vitamins including vitamin E, rich in amino acids. Low bad cholesterol, and have antioxidant contents. These help to make your arteries free from stiffening, and protect from sun damage. Improve the memory which decline with the age.

FLAX SEEDS

These are the source of omega 3 fatty acids which is help full in erasing the wrinkles and spots formation on the skin… it has been said by taking the half tbs of omega 3 fatty acids daily for six weeks help to maintaining the youthful texture of the skin.

TOMATOES

It is one of the wonderful gifts of the nature. It helps in preventing many cancers as well as antioxidant. It keeps the cholesterol level within range. It is effective both in fresh and processed forms and also considered as lean belly prescription.
